Elisabeth Events is a New York-based event planning and design firm, specializing in nonprofit fundraisers and weddings. We tailor our services to meet each of our client’s individual style and needs. Elisabeth Events understands that your event should make a statement about who you are, integrating creative and high-touch elements to make a lasting impression on your guests.
As a boutique firm, each client receives the full attention of President & Founder, Lisa Chun. With over four years of professional event planning experience under her belt, she takes the stress and uncertainty out of event planning. Lisa takes pride in each and every event she plans and cares deeply about each client. Her Ivy League MBA education and extensive professional network equipped her with strong management, negotiation, and finance skills, which she puts to good use on behalf of her clients. |

We believe that when all is said and done, two ideals will emerge as the most meaningful: living a life with filled with love and living a life of generosity and concern for the welfare of humankind. Thus, our company’s mission was born:

 Lisa Chun was born and raised in northern New Jersey. She received her MBA from Columbia Business School and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tufts University. With a passion for events and social justice, she founded Elisabeth Events to use her event planning expertise to help clients celebrate love and philanthropy. |

Prior to launching Elisabeth Events, Lisa Chun worked in development at Advocates for Children and in luxury marketing at Strategic Group, which owns a portfolio of stylish hospitality venues (e.g. Marquee and Tao). At Columbia Business School, Lisa planned and executed events ranging from private wine tastings to school-wide galas for 1,000+ people. She also coordinated major industry conferences such as the 2008 Columbia Women in Business Conference featuring Andrea Jung, CEO of Avon, and the 2008 Social Enterprise Conference featuring Jeffrey Immelt, CEO of GE.
Lisa is a food and travel enthusiast and enjoys relaxing at the beach, cooking, snowboarding, reading, and catches up on design trends daily through blogs. |
